The troop-carrier M-1 13; developed for the U.S. Army towards the later fifties; is the world’s most wideiy used vehicle of its category. Besides that; it is the armoured vehicie with the largest production ever made in the United States. More than 75.000 units have so far been produced. lt is a low cost vehiele with excellent characteristics. The smali amphibious vehicie is able to carry a piatoon of infantry soldiers. To-day it is stili used by at least 40 armies.
