The Corsair flown by the Flying Bulls has a colourful past. It was delivered to the US Navy in 1945 but never entered active service. It was later taken to Honduras in Central America and finally to Texas where it initially received a general overhaul. It was from there that it was bought by Sigi Angerer, the former Chief Pilot of the Flying Bulls. Since 2003 it has been one of the major attractions in Hangar-7 at Salzburg Airport and its display at airshows is an absolute highlight. And finally the Corsair can also be seen as the emblem in the Flying Bulls Logo.- Textured Surfaces
