Our website uses live stock levels, so if it's showing in stock then it usually is, however we are not perfect and sometimes mistakes happen or we have had a phone order and the last item was sold before the website stock was updated, in the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as we know.

You have 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to return it if you decide you no longer want it, the product(s) must still be sealed in their original packaging, and not be damaged, all items are returned at your own cost.

You must contact us prior to returning any items, you must include your order number as minimum information.

We only deliver to the UK mainland, Highlands of Scotland, IOW and IOM.

Due to excessive paperwork we no longer ship to the EU, the same information is needed for the Channel Islands so we have also stopped shipping to them.

Products like aerosols, large amounts of flammable liquid can not be sent by Royal Mail, and due to the 2kg weight limit you will only have a DPD option.
