Our Returns Refunds Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 14 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

lf your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. lf you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded, if you have paid for a faster shipping method you be refunded for only the standard delivery cost.

ln some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

•  Products with obvious signs of use;

•  Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error; and

•  Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Final Sale items

We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.

Exchange (if applicable)

Goods purchased over 30 days that become faulty can be fixed or replaced, this is a return to base warranty, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, if found faulty the product will be fixed and if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced, we will pay the return postage, if the item is not found to be faulty and is due to user error, we will give you a price for fixing and return postage.

Right of cancellation

In addition to our Returns & Refund Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, if you are an online, postal or telephone customer.

lf the goods are delivered in several instalments; the period shall be 7 calendar days from the receipt of the last payment.

To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the articles. The refund will include all standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of a cancelled order. To exercise your right of cancellation.

We will refund you the price paid for the articles and (unless you have not paid for the delivery) the delivery charges you have paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery
