My order had to be split due to an error in stock availability. I was contacted and asked if I wanted the shipping delayed or split with the items not available following on.

I had the order split and there was less than a week before the unavailable items dropped onto my doormat. Thanks to all at SMS for a fast turnaround in all my deliveries to date and keeping me up to date with shipping etc through email.
