Ammo Black Night Panel Line Wash A.MIG-1611 is a high-quality enamel wash specially formulated for highlighting recessed panel lines and surface detail on aircraft finished in late Second World War Luftwaffe camouflage. Its very dark tone is ideal for RLM 81 Brown Violet and RLM 82 Light Green finishes, producing realistic depth without overpowering the surrounding paintwork.

The carefully balanced formula flows effortlessly into engraved panel lines, rivets and recessed details by capillary action, creating clean definition with minimal effort. It is perfect for enhancing finely engraved aircraft kits while adding subtle weathering and scale realism.

Although developed specifically for German late-war aircraft, Black Night Panel Line Wash is equally effective on other dark camouflage schemes, science fiction models, ships, armour, railway models and civilian vehicles wherever a deep, high-contrast panel wash is required. The enamel formula allows plenty of working time, enabling easy removal of excess wash with enamel thinner for complete control over the final effect.

Recommended Uses

Apply directly into engraved panel lines over a gloss or satin varnish using a fine brush. After allowing the wash to settle, remove excess with a soft cloth or cotton bud lightly dampened with enamel thinner. Black Night Panel Line Wash is perfect for late-war Luftwaffe aircraft, but also works exceptionally well on any model requiring a very dark, high-contrast panel line effect.
