Pre-orders

We do take full payment at time of pre-order, this is so we can ship it without delay once it's in stock.

You have several options, you can transfer the payment to another pre-order, have a voucher for the value or a full refund, we don't keep your money if you change your mind. However if the pre-order is older than 180 days the only options are to move to a new pre-order or credit to the value.

Whenever possible we give the month they are due in, this is a guide and due to delays outside of our control they may be later than advertised.

Yes you can, however your order won't be sent out until all products are in stock, it is recommended you place a separate order for preorders so the rest of your order isn't delayed.
