This Academy 1/35 scale kit replicates the ROK Army’s cutting-edge K-2 Black Panther main battle tank with exceptional accuracy and detail. Modelers can build the kit with or without explosive reactive armour (ERA) for added versatility.

The K-2 Black Panther, introduced by South Korea in the 2010s, represents one of the most advanced main battle tanks in the world. Designed to replace the ageing K1 series, it combines superior firepower, protection, and mobility. Its sophisticated fire control system allows it to accurately engage targets on the move, while advanced composite armour and optional ERA provide excellent protection. The K-2 has cemented its place as a symbol of South Korea’s modern armoured capabilities and is considered a benchmark for 21st-century tank design.
