Verdigris Wash (18ml)

Verdigris Wash is formulated to recreate the distinctive turquoise-green oxidation seen on weathered copper, bronze, and brass surfaces. Its pigments flow naturally into recesses and textured areas, producing convincing aged-metal effects while maintaining clarity in the underlying tones. It can also be used as a cool shading wash on armour, stone, magical elements, and fantasy or sci-fi miniatures.

The matte acrylic formula dries slowly, giving you time to blend, soften transitions, or remove excess buildup. Designed for brush use, it provides controlled pigment flow and low odour, making it comfortable for long painting sessions. It can be layered to build stronger patina effects or mixed with other washes for customised weathering.
