History
The Maxim machine gun, first developed in the late 19th century, was widely adopted during World War I. Mounted on the Garford-Putilov armoured car, it provided sustained firepower in both offensive and defensive roles. Adding an accurate replica of this weapon to a model captures the operational character of these historic vehicles.
