This versatile chamfering tool is designed for precision modifications to plastic models, featuring both inner and outer chamfering options in one compact unit.

Inner Chamfering

Includes a 90° conical bit and a 3mm spherical bit:

  • The conical bit is ideal for through holes or deeper countersunk areas
  • The spherical bit is better suited to shallower cavities

Both bits are constructed from forged tungsten steel, offering excellent sharpness and clean finishes.

Before and After

  • Before modification – Unfinished or rough internal edges
  • After modification – Smooth, refined internal chamfers

Material Quality

Forged tungsten steel delivers superior durability and sharpness for cleaner, more accurate chamfering results.

Four-Jaw Chuck
