The Eduard GUSTAV Pt. 3 DUAL COMBO Limited Edition (1/72) focuses on two significant late-war Messerschmitt Bf-109 variants — the G-6/AS and G-14/AS — both powered by the DB 605 AS engine. These aircraft represented high-altitude optimised developments of the famous German fighter, featuring modified cowlings and other aerodynamic refinements. This is the first time these specific variants have been offered in metal mould form.
The set includes plastic parts for two complete models, enabling builds of either two different versions or matching variants. The kit provides ten authentic marking options spanning Luftwaffe, Finnish Air Force, and Italian Co-Belligerent service from 1944 to 1945, reflecting their widespread deployment during the final phases of WWII. Pre-painted photo-etched details and precision-cut masks ensure enhanced realism and clean paintwork, making this dual kit an excellent choice for dedicated WWII aviation modellers.
