The new Real Colors paint range is a very special step forward for AK. AK Real Colors are state-of-the-art lacquer based paints developed in our own laboratories. Our goal was to create the highest quality paint with a chemical formula and color accuracy superior to other brands on the market.
The Real Colors range was initially available in 10 ml glass bottles, typically used for this type of paint, but we have now managed to introduce a more user-friendly packaging in the form of 17 ml plastic dropper bottles.
Easily recognizable. Distinctive and exclusive. The new bottle features a dropper which allows for easier loading of the paint into your airbrush cup and creating custom color mixes with more precision.
The new Real Colors range currently consists of 180 colors, including 26 basic colors, 130 military colors and 24 new colors specially developed for painting model cars and motorbikes.
26 colors Standard colors are the basic shades that are most commonly used in all modeling branches. Also included are the clear colors and varnishes.
24 new colors This range is developed for painting car and motorcycle models, including the most popular colors used by iconic manufacturers such as Renault, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Lotus, Subaru, Ducati, Kawasaki, etc. Together with the range of standard colors suitable for interiors and details, it is the combination that any car or motorbike modeler needs.
130 colors The military range covers both the aircraft and AFV colors from the 1930s to the present day. Many of them are referenced to the RAL, Federal Standard or British Standard color systems, whilst the others are based on the period color samples or reproduced original formulas.
