GreenStuffWorld Flexible Masking Tape 10mm

GreenStuffWorld Flexible Masking Tape is made from flexible PVC plastic and designed for precise masking on models and miniatures. Unlike standard masking tape intended mainly for straightforward coverage, its flexibility allows it to follow defined curves and contoured surfaces, helping you protect specific areas while applying paint.

The 10mm width provides useful coverage while retaining the flexibility needed to work around shaped surfaces. It can be applied to a variety of surfaces and is suitable for painted or unpainted models.

Mask curves and contoured surfaces

The flexible PVC construction allows the tape to follow curves and contours where a less flexible masking material may be harder to position. This makes it useful for intricate masking jobs where the edge of the painted area needs to follow the shape of the model rather than a simple straight line.

The tape has very good adhesion to model surfaces and is designed to remove without leaving traces of glue behind. It will also not absorb paint colour or leave marks, helping to keep protected areas clean while surrounding sections are painted.

For airbrush, spray and brush painting

This flexible tape is intended primarily for use with an airbrush or spray, although it can also be used with a brush with certain painting techniques. It can be used across plastic scale models, dioramas, railway modelling, military modelling, aviation modelling, model kits, model aircraft and radio-controlled subjects.

The 10mm flexible tape can also be combined with other masking tape and masking products where a project requires different approaches for straight sections, larger protected areas, curves and more intricate shapes.

For paint schemes involving curved boundaries or shaped surfaces, this GreenStuffWorld masking tape provides a flexible 10mm-wide PVC strip that can follow the contours of the model while maintaining adhesion and removing without leaving glue traces.
