GreenStuffWorld Paint

Flexible Metallic Steel Paint (240ml)

This flexible metallic steel paint from GreenStuffWorld is designed to maintain strong adhesion even when applied to surfaces that bend or move. Unlike standard metallic paints, it is formulated with additives that improve flexibility, helping reduce cracking and peeling during use.

Part of the metal paints range, it is suitable for materials such as EVA foam, latex, fabric, leather, and 3D prints. The satin metallic finish provides a realistic steel appearance with a subtle reflective quality that enhances surface detail without being overly glossy.

  • 240ml flexible metallic steel paint
  • Designed for bendable and moving surfaces
  • Suitable for foam, fabric, leather, and 3D prints
  • Satin metallic finish for realistic results
  • Can be applied by brush or airbrush
  • Water-based and can be thinned if required

For best results, apply over a dark base, ideally black, to enhance the depth and contrast of the metallic finish. Proper surface preparation is important, and some materials may require priming to improve adhesion. Thin layers should always be used, especially the first coat, with additional layers applied while the previous coat is still slightly tacky.

Allow at least 24 hours for full curing before handling. While flexible, the paint is not fully elastic and may crack if overstretched. A flexible varnish can be applied as a protective layer to improve durability and longevity.

This paint is not recommended for use on surfaces such as glass, ceramic, glossy plastics, untreated metal, stone, wood, or silicone unless a suitable primer is applied beforehand.
