GreenStuffWorld LED Headband Magnifier

The GreenStuffWorld LED Headband Magnifier provides hands-free magnification and focused illumination for modelling, hobby painting and other precision tasks. It makes small objects and intricate details easier to see, while the built-in LED supports accurate work in low-light conditions.

The adjustable headband fits around the user’s head and can be worn at the same time as ordinary spectacles. A mobile visor and easily adjusted band provide a comfortable, secure fit, including during prolonged use.

Four interchangeable magnifying lenses

Four interchangeable lenses are included, allowing the level of magnification to be matched to the task:

• 1.2x magnifying lens
• 1.8x magnifying lens
• 2.5x magnifying lens
• 3.5x magnifying lens

Changing between the four options makes the magnifier useful for varied levels of close-up work. Lower magnification can support broader detail tasks, while the stronger lenses provide a closer view of small components and intricate areas.

Adjustable LED illumination

The built-in LED is rated at 2.2V/0.25A. It can be tilted and rotated approximately 25 degrees to the left or right, allowing light to be directed towards the working area.

This adjustable illumination is particularly useful when assembling small components, applying adhesive, painting fine details or working in areas where the available room lighting is limited. The LED requires two AAA batteries, which are not included.

Suitable for detailed hobby and professional work

The headband magnifier can support model making, miniature and diorama painting, model railway assembly and architectural modelling. It is also suitable for jewellery making, goldsmithing, embroidery, sewing, electronics, watchmaking and restoration work involving fine details.

Its hands-free format leaves both hands available for tools, components and materials. Magnification and illumination can therefore be used while parts are being examined, positioned, assembled, painted or repaired.
