GreenStuffWorld Earth Texture Paste Set Vol. 1

Create realistic soil, paths and natural terrain with this GreenStuffWorld collection of four high-density acrylic texturing pastes. Each 30 ml paste combines colour and texture in one application, adding volume, relief and a natural finish directly to miniatures, models, bases, scenery and dioramas.

The set contains Dark Earth, Middle Earth, Light Earth and Orange Earth texturing pastes. These complementary shades provide a practical foundation for sandy ground, reddish and brown soils, trails, deserts, battlefields, eroded areas and ruins. Apply each colour individually or combine them to create more varied transitions and terrain across a scene.

Create texture, depth and irregular ground

A thick consistency and high particle concentration allow these texturing pastes to be spread in thin layers or built up for more pronounced surfaces. They can be applied with a putty knife, old paintbrush, modelling tool or palette knife, giving you control when forming paths, small elevations, dirt piles, rough sections and eroded effects.

The pastes provide excellent adhesion on plastic, resin, wood, metal, cardboard and other materials commonly used in model making. This makes them suitable for miniature bases, movement trays, vehicles, buildings, ruins and scenery elements. The same set can support anything from a compact base to a large diorama or complete wargaming board.

Paint, varnish and combine the finished surface

Before drying, the acrylic pastes are water-soluble, allowing tools to be cleaned with water after use. Approximate drying time is 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the layer and environmental conditions. You can therefore choose between a controlled thin covering and a heavier build-up according to the required terrain effect.

Once dry, the surface can be painted or varnished and combined with pigments, washes, dry brushing, vegetation, sand, stones, water effects, resins and other weathering techniques. These finishing options allow the initial texture to become part of a more developed landscape while retaining its relief and irregular form.
