History:
The Honda VT250F was first introduced in 1982 as a high-performance 250cc road sports motorcycle, designed to bring advanced engineering to a wider audience. Its use of a water-cooled 90-degree V-twin engine was relatively uncommon in this class at the time, offering smooth power delivery and a distinctive character compared to typical parallel twin layouts.
By 1984, Honda had refined the design with a full model update, improving both performance and usability. The VT250F became popular across a broad range of riders, from newcomers to experienced enthusiasts, thanks to its approachable handling and strong performance. It remains a notable example of Honda’s innovation in the lightweight sports bike category during the 1980s.
