The Hasegawa 1990 Toyota Supra A70 2.5GT Twin Turbo R is a highly detailed 1/24 scale plastic model kit recreating one of Japan’s most iconic performance cars. History

Introduced in 1990, the Toyota Supra A70 2.5GT Twin Turbo R represented the ultimate evolution of the third-generation Supra. Powered by Toyota’s twin-turbocharged 1JZ-GTE straight-six engine, it offered significantly improved performance while maintaining the comfort and refinement expected of a grand touring sports car. Featuring upgraded suspension, larger brakes and enhanced handling, the Twin Turbo R became one of Japan’s most respected performance cars and helped establish the Supra’s legendary reputation long before the arrival of the famous A80 generation. Today, the A70 remains highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of classic Japanese sports cars.
