Javis Scatter No.19 Rough Past JS19 is a textured scenic material designed to replicate the look of worn footpaths, rugged ground, and weathered trails. Its coarse, brown-toned blend is ideal for adding depth and realism to well-used terrain areas in model railway layouts, dioramas, or wargaming bases.
