The LifeColor Hemp Ropes and Tarps Set CS-28 is designed for painting weathered ropes, canvas, tarpaulins, tents, and other fabric-based equipment often seen on vehicles, ships, and dioramas. These six earthy, subdued tones offer realistic variation and flexibility when working with fabric textures or nautical detailing.

These colours, while originally part of the Kriegsmarine palette, also suit a wide variety of modelling tasks involving cloth, ropes, and worn gear. Ideal for model ships, military vehicles, or historical vignettes.
Using LifeColor:
- Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application.
- Thin with water or LifeColor Thinner for airbrush use.
- Apply in light, even coats and allow each layer to dry fully.
- Clean brushes and airbrush parts with LifeColor Cleaner or water.
