Matho Models 1/35 Cardboard Boxes – Water & Soda Drinks

Add realistic water and soda drink packaging to your 1/35 modelling projects with this detailed set from Matho Models. The set includes 32 cardboard boxes across seven designs, giving you plenty of individual pieces and visual variety for your chosen scene.

The boxes are printed on slightly thickened paper to give them a realistic appearance once cut, folded and assembled. The interiors are printed with a brown cardboard texture as well, so the boxes can be displayed closed or open while maintaining detail on the visible inner surfaces.

32 Boxes in Seven Designs

With 32 individual boxes supplied, this 1/35 detailing set provides multiple examples for creating groups of drink boxes or positioning individual pieces around a scene. Seven different designs provide useful variation across the complete set.

For Coca-Cola and Pepsi boxes, the exposed paper edges can be lightly painted red or blue to disguise the white paper colour and create a cleaner finished appearance. Copyright markings are not present on the actual product.

Cutting and Assembly

For clean results, cut out each box using a very sharp, preferably new, knife together with a steel ruler. Also remove the thick white or black lines between the top and bottom flaps to help achieve a neater assembly.

After cutting the complete outline, make one cut to the left and one to the right of each thick line. Use the tip of the knife to press where the line remains attached, then move the blade sideways to remove that section.

To create sharp, controlled folds, use a knife and a steel ruler to move very gently over the bending lines before assembly. Apply only light pressure so the paper is scored rather than cut. This preparation makes the folding lines easier to form and helps produce crisp edges when assembling each box.

The combination of printed outer designs, brown cardboard-textured interiors and seven different box designs makes the set particularly effective when some boxes are assembled closed and others are left open, adding natural variation to the finished 1/35 arrangement.
