History

The Hawker Hurricane was one of the primary fighters of the Royal Air Force during the early years of the Second World War. While often overshadowed by the Spitfire, the Hurricane played a crucial role in the Battle of Britain and in numerous other theatres.

The Mk.IIC variant entered service in 1941 and provided enhanced firepower with its four cannon armament. It was widely used in Europe, North Africa, and the Far East in both air superiority and ground attack missions.
