This retarder from Mr Hobby is designed for use with Acrysion paints, helping to improve brush application by slowing the drying time. By extending the working time of the paint, it allows for smoother strokes and a more even finish.

For best results, only a small amount is required. Adding one to a few drops to the paint on your palette is usually sufficient to achieve a noticeable improvement in flow and finish.
Care should be taken not to overuse the retarder, as excessive amounts can significantly extend drying time and may cause the paint to become too thin. Used correctly, it provides a simple way to improve brush painting results with Acrysion paints.
