VMS No-Peel Primer No. 7 in Black offers reliable coverage and excellent surface preparation across a wide range of model-making materials. With strong adhesion and no risk of peeling, it provides a clean and durable base coat for paint, whether you’re working with plastic, resin, metal or 3D printed components.

While this black variant is ideal for pre-shading techniques and darker base tones, it is just as effective for general priming across all genres, including aircraft, military vehicles, miniatures and diorama elements. The low-viscosity formula ensures a smooth spray through even the finest airbrush nozzles.

With a viscosity of 40 cSt, it is ready to spray straight from the bottle without thinning. It works best at 30 PSI, though it can be used anywhere between 20 and 40 PSI depending on your setup. A 0.2mm nozzle is ideal for controlled work, while larger sizes allow for faster coverage.

Details stay sharp thanks to the ultra-fine binder used in the formula. Once dry, you can apply paint after 2 hours of natural curing or after 30 minutes if forced dried. Clean your tools with tap water, and use VMS Airbrush Cleaners Pro Acrylic every few sessions to prevent build-up.

Note: This acrylic product must not be frozen. Always store and handle at room temperature. Shelf life is at least 36 months if kept in a cool, dark place.
