This 1/48 scale model recreates the German Kfz.69 6×4 towing truck, a vehicle adapted from civilian designs for military use in the lead-up to WWII. Mass-produced from 1933, the 1936 version featured a 60hp flat four-cylinder engine capable of 70km/h, and was designed to tow the 3.7cm Pak 35/36 anti-tank gun. Seating for a driver and five artillery crew made it a practical and effective transport in early war operations.

Serving as standard equipment in anti-tank artillery divisions, the Kfz.69 saw extensive action in France, Poland, the Balkans, and Russia. Its independent suspension and rear 4-wheel drive allowed it to handle rough terrain while carrying vital crew and weaponry.
