This 1/35 scale Tamiya kit recreates the German Schwimmwagen Type 166, the most widely produced amphibious car of WWII. Based on the Volkswagen design by Dr. Ferdinand Porsche, the Type 166 was engineered for reconnaissance, liaison, and support duties across varied terrain, including rivers and coastal areas.
