This 1/35 scale Tamiya kit recreates the German Sd.Kfz. 251/1 Ausf.D, the most widely used variant of the half-track personnel carrier during WWII. The Ausf.D version, introduced in 1943, featured a simplified hull design to ease mass production and became the backbone of the German mechanized infantry formations.
