This highly customisable set of 12 mounted knights allows you to build historically accurate Teutonic Knights of the 13th century or striking fantasy-themed warriors. With a mix of heads, cloaks, weapons, and barded horses, the set provides superb flexibility for collectors, gamers, and historical modellers alike.

The Teutonic Order originated during the siege of Acre in 1190 and evolved into a powerful military force by 1198. Known officially as the “Teutonic Knights of the Hospital of St Mary of Jerusalem”, they became infamous for their brutal campaigns against pagan tribes in Eastern Europe and the Baltic coast. From 1230 to 1288, they carved out a state known as the Ordensstaat—ruled by the Hochmeister and sanctioned by the Pope.

These knights are depicted with chainmail, lances, swords, shields, and dramatic cloaks. The set includes numerous head options, from plain helms to fantastical helmets with horns, antlers, and wings—ideal for portraying either historical Teutonic warriors or fearsome fantasy champions.

This set includes parts from three different sprues for maximum conversion potential, making it an excellent choice for building varied units with unique character.
