The Alkyd Fixer Standard Matt binder is the most versatile option in the VMS range, designed for fixing pigments via capillary action and mixing matt weathering liquids and pastes. Unlike ENML 2.0, this binder remains active even after the solvent evaporates, allowing further manipulation for up to 9 hours. This extended open time makes it possible to remove or adjust pigment layers to create realistic effects such as flaking mud.
