Woodland Scenics Ground Base Layer G6420 provides a smooth, durable undercoat designed to accept turf, ballast, static grass, and other scenic products. Formulated to seal and level foam, plaster, or card surfaces, it ensures a secure bond for subsequent terrain textures.
