Das Werks Faun L900 Hardtop is a finely detailed re-release of their heavy-duty 6 4 German truck, originally introduced in 1937 and widely used as a tank transporter and heavy logistics hauler. This Hardtop version features an imposing enclosed cab and refined build components based on user feedback from the previous Softtop kit

• 1/35 scale injection-moulded plastic kit (Das Werk DW35001)
• Enclosed hardtop cab; soft top parts included
• Selectable suspension springs: unloaded, neutral, and fully loaded
• Flatbed sidewalls that build up or fold down
• Freight bed arches formed from a brass tube with a bending jig
• Improved towing hitch, exhaust, and correctly scaled plastic wheels ()
• Seven decal options: four Wehrmacht and three civilian liveries

Note: Kit requires assembly and painting. Glue, paints, and tools are not included.

Historical Background:

The Faun L900 D567 was one of the Wehrmacht’s heaviest motorised trucks of WWII, built between 1937-1939 to haul up to 9 tonnes or tow a 10 ton Sd.Anh. 115 tank trailer. Powered by a Deutz diesel engine, it served as the backbone of light division armoured transport, capable of ferrying Panzer I and II units to the front
