History:
The M8 Greyhound entered service in 1943 and quickly proved its value as a fast reconnaissance vehicle. Armed with a 37 mm main gun and a coaxial machine gun, it provided mobile firepower while maintaining speed and flexibility. Widely used in Europe and the Pacific, the Greyhound also saw post-war service with many allied nations, becoming one of the most recognisable wheeled armoured vehicles of the Second World War.
