ZEP Aircraft Holder Large ZEP_MSJ03

The ZEP Aircraft Holder Large ZEP_MSJ03 is designed to support large-scale aircraft models during assembly, painting, treatment and transport. It is intended for 1/32 and 1/24 scale aircraft, although other scales may also fit depending on the overall size of the model.

The holder has a base approximately the size of an A3 cutting mat, providing a practical working area for larger aircraft projects. Its supports can be moved longitudinally and adjusted in height to suit the position and dimensions of the model. Each support can also swivel through 360 degrees, helping the modeller position the aircraft for access to different areas.

Recommended Uses

Use the holder to keep a large aircraft model supported while assembling components, applying paint or carrying out other modelling treatments. The adjustable supports allow the model’s position to be altered as work progresses. Elastic bands are included to help hold the model during transport to exhibitions, competitions or other events.

The base can also be personalised using the supplied name or pseudonym stickers, which may be useful when photographing a completed or in-progress aircraft model. Non-slip silicone drops are included for fitting to the base.

Application Notes

The holder is supplied for simple assembly and does not require glue or trimming. The stated maximum assembly time is three minutes. Position the adjustable supports to suit the model before placing the aircraft onto the holder, using the reference markings to help maintain consistent support heights and angles.
