History:

Introduced in the early 1980s, the Suzuki RG250 Gamma series was one of the first production motorcycles to bring genuine race-inspired technology to the street. The 1984 GJ21A RG250 HB version featured lightweight aluminium framing, aerodynamic styling, and a responsive liquid-cooled two-stroke parallel twin engine. Weighing around 130 kg, it delivered sharp handling and rapid acceleration, making it a favourite among younger riders who wanted Grand Prix-inspired performance in a road-legal machine. The HB edition stood out with unique styling touches and special livery, capturing the racing spirit of the era. Today, the RG250 remains a cult classic, admired for its role in shaping the high-performance two-stroke motorcycle scene of the 1980s.
