History:
The M109 series has served as the backbone of U.S. Army self-propelled artillery since the early 1960s. The M109A7 Paladin, introduced in the 2010s, represents the most advanced upgrade to the design, featuring a modernised chassis, digital fire-control systems, and improved mobility. Its 155mm gun provides long-range, precision fire support, with increased reliability and survivability on the battlefield.
