GEEHOBBY Carving Guide Tape provides a stable edge for accurately rescribing existing panel lines or creating new engraved detail on scale models. The tape is 6mm wide and supplied on a 30 metre roll, giving you plenty of material for regular scribing and layout work.

The wider 6mm format provides a larger adhesive contact area and a substantial guiding edge. This makes it particularly useful for longer lines and for working across larger flat or gently curved surfaces. The PET tape is flexible enough to follow model contours while staying firmly in place during use.

Built-in measuring scale

A measurement scale is printed directly onto the tape, so it can be used for more than simply guiding a scribing tool. The markings have 1mm graduations with 5mm reference intervals, helping when positioning panel lines, aligning details or laying out regularly spaced features.

This combination of a straight guiding edge and visible measurements allows positioning and scribing to be handled with the same piece of tape. It is useful when matching details on different parts of a model or setting out repeated surface features where consistent spacing matters.

Stable guide for scribing

Once positioned, run your chosen scribing tool carefully along the edge of the tape to create or refine the required line.
