GreenStuffWorld Hollow Storage Module – Black 6855

The GreenStuffWorld Hollow Storage Module is a versatile modular storage solution designed to help hobbyists create an organised and efficient workspace. Manufactured from precision laser-cut MDF with a black finish, this open-front storage module integrates seamlessly with the wider GreenStuffWorld workstation system, allowing users to build customised storage configurations that can be expanded and rearranged as required.

Unlike drawer-based storage units, this module features a fully open interior that provides flexible storage space for larger hobby items. It is ideal for storing paint bottles, aerosol sprays, tools, consumables, miniature boxes, modelling materials and other bulky equipment that may not fit comfortably inside standard drawers. The open design keeps frequently used items visible and within easy reach while maintaining a tidy work area.

The generous internal space also makes the module suitable for alternative uses around the hobby desk. It can be used as a riser to elevate equipment, create additional workspace underneath or help organise larger workstation layouts. This flexibility makes it a useful addition to both small hobby desks and larger workshop environments.

Integrated neodymium magnets allow the module to connect securely with other compatible GreenStuffWorld workstation units. The magnetic system improves alignment, increases stability and prevents movement when modules are stacked. Additional modules can be added at any time, allowing the storage system to grow alongside your hobby collection.

The module is supplied as a self-assembly kit. MDF components require assembly using PVA glue, while the supplied magnets should be fixed using cyanoacrylate adhesive. The MDF can also be stained or varnished before assembly to create a customised appearance and improve resistance to moisture and wear.
