Hasegawa Modelling Tool

Hasegawa Try-Tool Micro Polishing Cloth HTT51

The Hasegawa Try-Tool Micro Polishing Cloth is a high-quality cleaning and polishing accessory designed to help modellers achieve smooth, blemish-free finishes on a wide variety of modelling materials. Manufactured from ultra-fine polyester microfibres, these disposable cloths gently remove polishing residue, fingerprints and dust while minimising the risk of scratching delicate surfaces.

Unlike ordinary cloths or paper towels, the ultra-fine fibres are specifically designed to lift contaminants away from the surface rather than dragging them across it. This makes the cloths ideal for polishing clear parts, painted finishes, gloss coats, resin components, plastic kits and metal accessories where preserving the surface finish is essential.

Each cloth measures 150 × 180mm, providing a convenient working size for both small detail work and larger surfaces. The thin, flexible material easily conforms to curved bodywork, aircraft canopies, vehicle panels and other complex shapes, making it a useful addition to any modelling bench.

The disposable design ensures a clean polishing surface is always available, reducing the risk of trapped dust or abrasive particles causing unwanted scratches. Suitable for use during polishing, final assembly and display preparation, these cloths are equally useful for cleaning modelling tools, airbrushes and other hobby equipment.
