Hobbyzone Precision Work Pads Adapter
The Hobbyzone Precision Work Pads Adapter is a separately sold accessory designed to provide additional stability and support when using Precision Work Pads. It is particularly suited to hobbyists who rest their elbows on the desk while painting miniatures, assembling scale models or carrying out other detailed modelling tasks.
By creating a broader and more supportive working arrangement for the pads, the adapter can help users position their arms and hands more comfortably at the workbench. Its adjustable design allows it to be adapted to individual preferences and the available workspace without requiring permanent installation or modification.
Adjustable Width
The adapter measures 20.5 cm long, 14 cm wide and 2 cm high in its standard configuration. Extendable side panels allow the overall width to be increased up to 29.5 cm, providing flexibility when arranging the Precision Work Pads.
This adjustable width makes it possible to alter the spacing between the pads to suit different working positions. The panels can be extended when a wider supporting arrangement is preferred or kept closer together where desk space is limited.
Durable Construction
The upper section of the adapter is made from durable plastic, while the lower section is constructed from sturdy MDF. This combination provides a firm base for supporting the pads during miniature painting and model-building sessions.
The adapter is supplied ready to use, so it can be positioned on the workbench and adjusted without additional preparation. Precision Work Pads are not included and are sold separately.
