This snap-together kit requires no glue and is designed for a fuss-free, enjoyable build. Despite its stylised look, it still includes functional features like a rotating turret and elevating gun barrel. Perfect for younger modellers, casual builders, or anyone who appreciates a bit of humour with their history.
Ideal as a desk buddy, a gift for a tank enthusiast, or a fun weekend project, this kit delivers instant appeal with zero intimidation. Proof that not every tank has to be grim and grey – some can just be fun.
Note: This model kit requires assembly and painting. Glue, paints and tools are not included and must be purchased separately.
History:
While the real King Tiger (Tiger II) was a fearsome heavy tank deployed by Germany in the latter stages of World War II, the *World War Toons* version celebrates that legacy with a wink and a grin. The original Tiger II was renowned for its thick armour and 88mm main gun, often dominating the battlefield through sheer firepower. The WWT-021, however, trades realism for character, transforming the legendary tank into a whimsical, wide-eyed caricature. Born from the stylised online game, this version pays homage to the King Tiger’s legendary status while making it accessible to modellers of all ages—and with far fewer parts to lose under the sofa.
