Building the 1/48 Fw 190D-9

The 1/48 scale provides a useful format for representing the aircraft’s shape, surface detail and individual panel features. These details form an important part of the finished model, particularly when painting and finishing the aircraft’s metal surfaces.

The Sachsenberg Schwarm markings are central to this particular release. With two decal options, modellers can choose their preferred representation of the JV 44 and add its distinctive look to a Second World War Luftwaffe collection.
