MiniArt 1/35 Military Vehicle Kit

M3 Stuart Mk I Late Prod (1/35) 35441

This highly detailed MiniArt kit represents the late production version of the M3 Stuart Mk I light tank, featuring a full interior. At 1/35 scale, it offers exceptional realism across its engine compartment, crew space, and turret. The M3 Stuart was widely used by Allied forces during the early years of World War II, and this variant reflects the updates seen in later British-operated units.

  • Extensive interior detail including fighting, driving, and engine compartments
  • Highly accurate suspension and hull features
  • Includes photo-etch parts and clear parts
  • Decals for multiple marking options
  • Hatches can be posed open or closed
  • Individual track links for realistic assembly
  • Unassembled plastic model kit

This kit is ideal for modellers looking to showcase the internal layout of WWII armoured vehicles. With precision-moulded components and refined surface detail, it builds into an impressive centrepiece for any diorama or display cabinet.

Note: This model kit requires assembly and painting. Glue, paints and tools are not included and must be purchased separately.

History:

The M3 Stuart Mk I was the British designation for the early models of the US-made light tank, known for their reliability and speed. Initially deployed in North Africa, the Stuart quickly gained favour for reconnaissance and support roles. The late production variant introduced refinements such as revised hull features and updated mechanical systems. Despite being lightly armed compared to enemy armour, the Stuart’s agility and availability made it a valuable asset. British crews often affectionately referred to the tank as the “Honey” due to its smooth ride and dependable engine, and it continued to serve in various theatres into the later years of the war.
