This 1/35 scale SdKfz 171 Panther from MisterCraft represents one of the most effective German medium tanks of the Second World War. Designed in response to the appearance of Soviet armour on the Eastern Front, the Panther combined strong frontal armour with a high-velocity main gun and good mobility.
The kit contains 233 parts and builds into a model approximately 196mm in length and 64mm in width. Link by link tracks are included, allowing for a more realistic representation of track sag and detail. A colour paint guide and full build guide are provided to assist with assembly and finishing.

History
The Panther tank entered service in 1943 and quickly became one of the most formidable armoured vehicles of the war. Its sloped armour design improved protection, while the powerful 75mm gun provided excellent anti-tank capability.
Although complex and sometimes mechanically demanding, the Panther played a significant role on both the Eastern and Western Fronts, influencing post-war tank design for years to come.
