Wave-textured synthetic fibres

ProArte’s Sablon range uses a distinctive wave-textured synthetic fibre designed to mimic useful characteristics of natural hair. Unlike a conventional straight synthetic filament, the subtle wave helps to create small air pockets within the brush head. These pockets allow the brush to hold more colour than regular synthetic fibres, helping it maintain a useful paint load during application.

The fibres also possess a natural spring, allowing the brush head to respond as it moves across the model and return towards its original shape after each stroke. This balance of paint capacity and responsiveness is particularly useful when applying controlled marks or following the contours of a model.
