History
The Panther Ausf.G represented the peak of German medium tank development in World War II, combining firepower, armour, and mobility. Late-war versions experimented with night-fighting capabilities, using infrared optics like the FG1250 sighting system, a rare but cutting-edge addition for the time. As the Allies gained air superiority, additional armour plates were introduced to protect against aircraft attacks. This variant captures that transitional technology period, showcasing German efforts to maintain battlefield edge even in 1945.
