This Special Hobby kit brings back the rare and sleek Fw 187 “Falke” twin‑engine fighter, originally developed as a fast Heimatschutz (home defence) aircraft in 1937–38. Featuring refined cockpit detail, retractable landing gear, and accurate surface paneling, this release provides a rewarding build of an under‑represented Luftwaffe prototype.

Note, glue and paints are not supplied. This kit requires careful assembly, particularly for the delicate twin‑boom tail and canopy alignment.

Historical Background,

The Fw 187 Falke was an advanced twin‑engine interceptor concept developed by Focke‑Wulf just before WWII. Though fast and well‑armed, only prototypes were built due to shifting Luftwaffe priorities and production challenges.
