History: Introduced in late 1944, the M4A3E8 “Easy Eight” was designed to address the shortcomings of earlier Shermans. Its new HVSS suspension allowed wider tracks for improved traction and ride quality, while the 76mm gun offered greater armour penetration, giving Allied crews a better chance against German Panthers and Tigers. The Easy Eight saw action in the final push into Germany during WWII and later served extensively in the Korean War, proving to be a reliable and versatile tank. Its balance of firepower, mobility, and durability made it a favourite among crews and a respected adversary to its opponents.
