This 1/35 scale Tamiya kit recreates German machine gun troops from WWII, equipped with the iconic MG-34 and MG-42. These weapons formed the backbone of German infantry firepower, used in both light and heavy machine gun roles. The MG-34, adopted in 1934, was versatile and accurate with a rate of fire up to 900 rounds per minute. Its successor, the MG-42, introduced in 1942, featured an even higher rate of fire at 1,500 rounds per minute, robust construction, and simplified mass production using pressed steel components.
