This 1/35 scale model depicts the U.S. Army M1A2 Abrams main battle tank as deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Developed from the M1A1HA, the M1A2 featured the Commander’s Independent Thermal Viewer (CITV), Intervehicular Information System (IVIS), and upgraded vision blocks. These advancements provided enhanced battlefield awareness and coordination capabilities. Powered by a gas turbine engine and equipped with depleted uranium armour, the M1A2 combined exceptional firepower with superior protection.
